Nothing that I didn't like.

We were thrilled with our stay at the stunning boutique hotel in the center of Zermatt. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main station and Gornergrat. The underground bar and cinema were a must-visit, and we even enjoyed free ice skating across the road. The breakfast had everything we could want, and the bath in our room made our stay fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel for a short break in a winter paradise.

Amazingly creative décor with unique fixtures and fittings. Delightful staff, always going the extra mile. Perfect location with breathtaking views. Phenomenal breakfasts with plenty of fresh fruit and berries. Fascinating spa and interesting art gallery and cinema. Staff offer a welcome drink and chocolates upon arrival and departure. Great for couples looking for a cozy and private winter getaway.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this boutique hotel. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the train station and close to local amenities. The staff were incredibly helpful and made me feel right at home. The hotel itself had a unique design, and my room was spacious and clean with stunning views of the mountains from the balcony. The free spa access was a great bonus and added to the overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel had a central location, making it easy to explore the city. the staff was both friendly and helpful, offering great suggestions for activities and dining options. the rooms were clean and modern, with comfortable beds and a nice balcony to enjoy the views.

The layout of the hotel was a bit cramped and could feel somewhat crowded at times. some of the amenities in the room, such as the light switches and the parting walls on the balcony, were not very intuitive or private.

New and trendy, friendly staff, quick check-in, cube loft exactly like photos, 7-day spa included. Stunning views from balcony, amazing breakfast, attentive breakfast staff. Impressed my mother on her anniversary, grateful for staff's kindness and effort to fix an issue. Gracious front desk staff, one of the best ever.

The hotel was located conveniently close to the train station, making it easy for us to access transportation during our stay. the hotel was just off the main street of Zermatt, allowing us to easily explore the town and access various restaurants and shops. The staff was extremely helpful and provided us with excellent service, even arranging for a free taxi back to the train station. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, with stylish furnishings and a sumptuously comfortable bed. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and offered a variety of options to choose from.

The hotel lacked a comfortable seating area to relax with a drink, which was a bit disappointing.

The rooms were beautifully designed, with unique and unusual features. We loved the stunning views from the balcony and the delicious breakfast every morning. The spa looked amazing, although we didn't have a chance to use it. we highly recommend this hotel for everyone.

Staying here was an amazing experience. This place is located in a rather strange place, but it's right in the heart of the city with tennis courts just outside of the window. The staff was very accommodating and always made sure that my needs were met. The leisure spa & wellness centre was the perfect place to unwind after a long day. It had a sauna, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and more. The sun terrace was a great place to soak up some sun and relax. this hotel had everything I needed for a truly luxurious and relaxing stay.

We had a romantic escape in the mountains and the hotel had a cozy and intimate atmosphere that we loved. the room had a stunning view of the Alps and the balcony was the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine together. the breakfast was amazing and the staff were so attentive and friendly.

The room was quite small and felt a bit cramped, which took away from the romantic ambiance. the walls were not soundproof, so we could hear noises from adjacent rooms.
